Rafiki - Best Friends

The film is about three best friends: Naisha, Julia and Mette. They live in a small village in Norway and go to fourth grade together. When Naisha's asylum application is rejected, she and her mother have to leave. Naisha goes into hiding, but she leaves a message for her friends. Julia and Mette set off on an exciting journey to Oslo to find Naisha.
We liked the film because it deals with important topics such as escape and integration. It is also a lot about friendship and courage. For example, Julia overcomes her greatest fear to help Naisha. The actors are great and the story is exciting, even if you sometimes know what will happen next. The camera and editing are well done, so you can understand the characters' feelings well. We just didn't like the music so much.
We recommend the film for girls and boys aged 8 and over because they can easily empathize with the characters.
