Our story follows the investigative narrator - voiced by BAFTA winner Mia McKenna-Bruce - who draws on the experiences of those who go undercover to expose the cruel reality of factory farming.

Driven by fear of climate collapse, she wants to learn more about how our food system is shaping us and our planet. In search of hope, she speaks to people from agriculture, medicine, science, animal welfare and food activists, as well as people who have worked in the slaughterhouse. In the process, she discovers what it takes to improve the lives of all living things caught in this vicious cycle.

Together we can drive a global change in thinking. Organic farmers who adhere to high animal welfare standards and try alternative farming methods are proving that change is possible. Now politicians and companies must take responsibility and drive the transformation to a better future - for the animals, the planet and future generations.
